Returns
If our product does not satisfy your needs, or if the product arrives damaged, it may be returned within 30 days of order receipt for a full product refund less shipping costs. After that time please contact sales@waterless-trap.com – for assistance.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition received, and in the original packaging.
Before sending your item back, please submit a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request to sales@waterless-trap.com. To complete a return the following items are required:
The returned item must be in its original box, in new condition, and include all instructions and proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once the return is received and inspected, an email to notify the receipt of returned item will be sent. An email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund will also be sent. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days of approval.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If the refund hasn’t been received within the 10-day timeframe, contact your bank or the credit card company, to inquire about the status of the refund. It may take some time before the refund is officially posted to the account. If the tasks above have been completed and the refund is still missing, please contact sales@waterless-trap.com for an update.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for a different product, then please contact the factory.
Shipping

You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
